GetCutz Support
Common questions
- How do I book an appointment?
-
Search or browse for a provider, open their profile to see the
services they offer and when they are free, pick a slot and confirm.
You can browse and book as a guest; creating an account lets you see
your bookings again later and message your provider.
- How do I change or cancel a booking?
-
Open the booking from your appointments list and use the cancel
option there. Cancellation windows are set by each provider, so if
the appointment is close, message the provider directly through the
app — that reaches them faster than anything else.
- I am not receiving notifications.
-
Check that notifications are enabled for GetCutz in your device
settings, and that the app is signed in. Notifications about
bookings and messages are sent to the account that made the
booking, so a guest booking will not notify an account you create
afterwards.
- I cannot sign in.
-
Sign in with the same method you originally used — Apple, Google, or
your email address and password. If you signed up with Apple or
Google, there is no separate password to reset. If you are still
stuck, email us and we will look up the account.
- Nothing appears when I search for providers near me.
-
GetCutz searches within a radius of your location, so location
permission has to be granted for results to appear. If permission is
granted and results are still empty, there may be no providers
signed up in your area yet.
- How do I delete my account?
-
Use the
account deletion page,
or email us and we will process it for you. Deleting an account
removes your profile and booking history.
- I am a barber or stylist. How do I list my services?
-
Register as a service provider in the app and add your services,
prices and availability. Services stay hidden from clients until you
have finished setting them up.
