• User Feedback:Reviews, ratings, and optional feedback for service providers.

• Automatically Collected Information
• Usage & Log Data: App interactions, booking history, and error reports.

• Location Information: If granted, we use your device's location to show nearby barbers and salons.

• With Service Providers:Barbers and stylists you book with receive your name, appointment time, and selected service.

Your Controls and Choices

• You can update your profile information at any time.
• You may delete your account through the App, through the account deletion page, or by contacting getcutz@griphcon.com.

We employ industry-standard measures to safeguard your data, including encryption in transit, secure cloud storage, and robust access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure; however, we continually improve our systems.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements. If you delete your account, we will remove your data unless retention is required by law (e.g., for financial or dispute records).
