Delete your GetCutz account

Delete your account from inside the app

1. Open GetCutz and go to the Profile tab.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out.

Delete your account by email

If you can no longer sign in, email getcutz@griphcon.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my GetCutz account”. We may ask you to confirm details on the account before we act on the request.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following stop being accessible and are removed from GetCutz:

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, address and profile photo
• Your saved salons and preferences
• The notification token that lets us send push messages to your device

You will not be able to sign in again, and your profile stops being visible to salons.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of bookings you made, and messages exchanged with a salon, are kept after your account is closed. Those records also belong to the salon you booked with, who needs them for their own business, accounting and tax purposes. They are retained for as long as that obligation lasts and are then deleted.

If you want your information erased entirely rather than your account closed, say so in your email and we will action it separately.
