About Our Services

Our Mission

GetTable allows users to browse, reserve, and manage dining experiences at restaurants. We aim to streamline table bookings and provide real-time reservation confirmation, as well as facilitate special requests and service ratings.

Communications With Restaurants

By making a reservation, you agree to receive messages from restaurants for confirmation, cancellations, or updates about your booking.

Improvements and Analytics

We utilize data insights to enhance app functionality and improve dining discovery.

Integrity and Safety

We monitor for misuse or policy violations, including fake bookings or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to take corrective action, including suspension or termination of the account.

Global Infrastructure

Our platform relies on global hosting and data centers to support optimal performance and reliability.

Privacy Policy and User Data

Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use and protect it. By using GetTable, you consent to those practices.

Acceptable Use of Our Services

Lawful Use

You must use GetTable for legal, respectful, and authorized purposes. Do not:

• Use fake identities or impersonate others
• Submit false reviews or defamatory content
• Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer our systems

Licenses

Your Content

You retain rights to the content you post, such as reviews or profile info. You grant us a license to use that content to provide and promote our services.

Our Rights

We retain all intellectual property rights in the GetTable app, including trademarks, logos, source code, and design.

Intellectual Property

To report copyright or trademark violations, contact: gettable@griphcon.com. We may remove content or restrict accounts based on valid reports.

Disclaimers and Release

GetTable is offered "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access
• Restaurant availability
• Reservation acceptance or dining experience outcomes

You agree to release GRIPHCON TECH from any claims related to bookings, service experiences, or interactions with restaurants.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Reservation failures or errors
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 or the amount paid to us in the past 12 months (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify GRIPHCON TECH against any claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the app
• Violations of these Terms
• The content you submit
• Disputes with restaurants or other users

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Texas, USA, govern these Terms.

Forum

All disputes must be resolved in state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.

Availability and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate our Terms or community guidelines
• You make repeated no-show reservations
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Provisions such as Disclaimers, Licenses, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution survive account termination.

Other

• These Terms form the entire agreement between you and us.
• We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.
• We may assign our rights under these Terms to an affiliate or in a business transaction.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission.
• If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
